What data we collect

We only collect the data you give us voluntarily through the contact form:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Service requested and the content of your message

We do not collect data automatically and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

What we use your data for

Your data is used solely to answer your quote or information request and, where applicable, to provide the service requested. It is never used for unsolicited marketing.

Legal basis

Processing is based on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on the pre-contractual steps needed to prepare a quote.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your request and, if the work goes ahead, for the period required by applicable legal and tax obligations. If there is no follow-up, the data is deleted within twelve months at the latest.

Who we share it with

Your data is never sold or passed on to third parties. Form submissions are processed by Netlify Forms, acting as a processor, which simply forwards the message to our inbox. The site is hosted by the same provider, which may log technical server access data.

Your rights

You may at any time request access to, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent or object to processing. To do so, write to geral@algarvehostcare.pt.

If you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (cnpd.pt).

Cookies

This site uses no tracking cookies. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is passed to that service for strictly technical purposes.

Changes

This policy may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the date of the last update.
